GIVEAWAY and BOOK REVIEW!!

Here we are kids-

the wait is over!

The fabulous Stacey Trock of Fresh Stitches has gifted us with a copy of her new book,

And what a darling book it is, too!

Bears and Bunnies,

Pigs and Pickups.

I loved the variety of projects in this book.
Stuffed animals, blankets, hats and even bibs!

I also enjoyed the themes she put together so you could give, say, a pair or a trio of gifts to the same child for an extra special heirloom gift.

An "Adorable Annie" stuffed birdie would go great with the Hoodie Bird Blanket, don't you think?

Or how about the Bunny Rabbit/Polar Penguin/Kitty Cat Hat ensemble?

All patterns came complete with full color photos and stitch illustrations.

I've purchased patterns from Stacey before (Hello, Jackie!) and she always does such a good job of explaining her patterns. She will also warn you if a tricky part is coming up and what to watch out for.

Are you chomping at the bit yet? Wanna know how you can get one of these fabulous books for your very own?

Just visit Stacey Trock's FreshStitches.com and come back here to tell us which of her amigurumi creations was your favorite!(Yes, you may enter again if you post this contest on your own blog, and Yes, you may enter again if you Tweet about this contest!)

The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random to recieve a free *SIGNED* copy of Cuddly Crochet!
Or, if you just can't wait, look for

  2. My favorite design from the book is the Pick-Up Truck. It's rare to find boy-ish like crochet patterns. I hope I can win a signed copy of this very adorable book.
